Sales Closer FR/EN — Founding Role
Role Mission
You're the person who transforms our massive volume of leads into premium clients.
- Handle incoming leads (FR + EN)
- Lead closing calls (qualification, diagnosis, closing)
- Handle objections with calm and leadership
- Close the main offer (€1,000/month / €10,000/year)
- Upsell premium offers (3k → 50k)
- Maintain a clean and predictable pipeline
- Collaborate directly with Kevin (founder)
Trajectory: Head of Sales in 6–12 months.
Profile We're Looking For
You're a closer who checks these boxes:
You literally want to: Earn more in 12 months than in 3 years at another company.
Compensation
Fixed possible : 1 000–2 000€/mois
Variable:
- • 10% sur l'offre principale
- • 15–20% sur les offres premium
- • Bonus illimités
Current performers: €8,000–20,000/month
Equity
After 6 months of proven performance:
- • Phantom shares : 0.25% → 1%
- • Vesting 4 ans
- • Cliff 12 mois

Customer Success & Community Coordinator
Mission in One Sentence
Help existing clients succeed, stay motivated, and use Empire Internet to 100%, and propose upsells when relevant.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Success
- Respond to client messages
- Maintain a healthy and lasting relationship
- Verify they're using Empire Internet properly
- Re-engage inactive clients
- Clarify routines and steps
- Resolve small blockers
- Report client feedback
- Maintain low churn
Goal: Make every client feel supported and motivated.
2. Motivation et Communauté
- Animate the community (School / WhatsApp / Discord)
- Answer questions
- Encourage, congratulate, motivate
- Share client victories
- Organize 1 challenge/month:
• 7 jours = 7 posts
• 30 jours = 30 vidéos
• Routine contenu 5 jours
• YouTube 0 → 1
Goal: Keep clients engaged daily.
3. Upsells (soft, sans pression)
- Propose annual offer (10k)
- Propose coaching / VIP when relevant
- Gently follow up on opportunities
Goal: Increase LTV naturally.
Profile We're Looking For (realistic for €1,000–2,000/month)
No need to be an expert: full internal training.
Compensation
Base : 1 000 – 2 000€/mois
Upsell bonuses : 5–10%
Free access à Empire Internet (valeur 1 000€/mois)
Evolutive after 6 months après 6 mois
With upsells, total can reach €1,500 – €3,000/month.
